Measurements are not uploading
First and foremost you should be certain that you have a decent enough internet connection. If you are certain of your connection, you can try to sync a few more times just for good measure. You can sync your device by clicking the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner of the app.
If that does not help, check if you get an error code. In case of an error code or message, please contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
It may also be the case that the picture was already uploaded but deleted in the storage module. The easiest way to check that, is to see if the measurement has an id on it.
Measurements that are not uploaded to the storage module are indicated by the grey cloud with an upwards arrow. The ones that are uploaded to the storage module are assigned an id. Open the measurement and you should see if there is an id for it on the left hand side of the screen.
If the id is there, then it is likely that the picture was deleted from the storage module. In case you did not intend to do so, please contact us at email@example.com.
While you are trying to upload a panorama picture, it may be that the upload has taken too long and has timed out or you have reached the upload limit with your service provider. In that case, we recommend that you find a better internet connection, to see if that solves the problem.
You could also make sure that you have not run out of measurements. If that is the case, then we recommend you consider purchasing Timbeter. We have different plans available and can likely find one that suits your particular needs.
