Timbeter is taking part in “The Green Project of the Year” Award, which recognizes responsible forestry projects in Russia. The goal of the award is to promote responsible forest management, and share best practices implemented by companies in the Russian timber industry. Timbeter is nominated in the economic category, showcasing the technologies and activities that have helped companies to become more efficient and optimized in their processes.
Timbeter’s Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Cloud Computing technology is being used by many companies in the forestry sector in Russia, such as Stora Enso, Metsä, and Red October. Timbeter is supporting the digitization, optimization, cost reduction and increased income of their customers, while at the same time, supporting environmentally responsible, social and financially viable forest management in Russia and other parts of the world.
Red October, one of the companies that has partnered with Timbeter for the submission of the Award, has provided detailed information regarding their user experience and the overall results with the technology. Red October reported on a significant time-saving, better working environment, increased safety for the employees, also improved logistics planning, and efficient data management thanks to Timbeter.
