How to change Unit system in Timbeter Dashboard

To change the unit system in the Timbeter Dashboard follow these steps:

• Log in to your account with your existing username and password.
• Once logged in, go to the main menu in the left side and click on “Settings”
• In the “User settings” navigate to “Unit system” and in the dropdown menu select preferred unit system and click “Save”

Timbeter supports a variety of measurement units tailored to the needs of the forestry industry. The system allows users to measure the volume of logs and lumber in following unit systems:

• m³ - Cubic meter, International System of Units (SI)
• ft³ - Cubic foot, imperial and US customary unit of volume
• st - Stère
• FBM - Board foot
• PMT - Pulgadas Madereras Ticas, measurement system in Costa Rica

How to change Unit system in mobile applications

To change the unit system in the Timbeter applications, which is used for measuring and managing timber, follow these steps:

• Launch one of Timbeter mobile applications on your smartphone or tablet
• In the top right corner press on “three dots” menu and select “Settings”
• Next navigate to “Unit system” and select your preferred system

Available measurement unit systems in Timbeter applications:

• Metric (m³)
• Imperial (ft³ and FBM)
